Birth Doula Services in Atlanta

• Our free consultation is for us to get to know each other and discuss your needs and childbirth options and can occur at any time during your pregnancy. If we decide to work together, I'll ask you to sign our contract and pay a deposit of $375 to secure my services, which is half the total fee of $750 due before or at 36 weeks. 

• Our second meeting is to review your birth plan and outline specifications for your labor. We'll review many comfort measures, positions and tools that can be used during childbirth. 

• Throughout your pregnancy, I am available via email, telephone or social media to provide support and answer questions. I am on call for you 24/7 starting one week prior to your estimated due date until you give birth. 

• I provide continuous support during labor and delivery and will join you during active labor at your home and/or hospital.

• Email me to arrange a free consult. Please schedule this meeting so that your birth partner can attend. Review my contract prior to our meeting.

• If we have agreed to work together, sign our contract and mail the signature page(s) and a check payable to Cynthya Dzialo. (The address is listed on the final page.) Alternatively, email me a copy of the signature page(s) and use the paypal method. 

• Inform me of your preferred method of payment as I work on a first-come, first-served basis - once my calendar is booked, I stop taking clients for that month but will happily refer you to a colleague.
